Description
Basic description:
The equipment uses the principle of heating by high-frequency inductive resistance and operates as a welding line for finned tubes. Its components include: a strip decoiler, an accumulator, an inlet tube conveyor, a strip notcher, a grinding unit, a carriage, and a high-frequency welding device. The components of the equipment are designed so that finned tubes are produced by a systematic joining process, and its continuous operation is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). The system is equipped with a graphical touch display that informs the user about the operation of the device in a simple manner.
Advantages:
Welding of the fin to the tube is an automatic process without the use of additional welding materials. Welding onto the tubes does not change their outer diameter or wall thickness.
Theoretical capacity of 1 line:
750 metres per 1 shift, tube D38, 275 fins per 1 linear metre, fin 17x1 mm, non-alloyed material
